By accessing or using Driverize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Driverize is an online booking platform that enables businesses to manage appointments, group sessions, and mobile services. We provide tools for scheduling, team management, client management, and related operations.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, use it to send spam or unsolicited communications, or impersonate any person or entity.
5. Subscription & Billing
Free accounts have no payment obligations. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit (business information, schedules, client data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driverize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
